Cheri Albritton, 62, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026, after a courageous and determined battle with cancer that lasted three years. Throughout her fight, Cheri maintained an incredible strength and resilience, facing each challenge with grace and perseverance.
Born on May 18, 1963, in Toledo, Ohio, Cheri was the daughter of the late Richard and Leona (Smith) Hite. A proud graduate of Anthony Wayne High School, she was also a devoted member of the Neapolis Church of Christ, where her faith remained a central part of her life.
Cheri was an entrepreneur at heart, owning and running her own masonry business. She was involved in every aspect of the company, from human resources and payroll management to working as a skilled bricklayer. Her dedication and attention to detail shone through in her work, and she took great pride in the craft she honed over the years.
When not working, Cheri enjoyed simple pleasures like fishing, bowling, gardening, and baking. Some of her happiest memories were spent boating with her family on Wall Lake, Lake James, and Snow Lake. Cheri’s love for the outdoors and spending quality time with her loved ones was always evident.
Family was at the core of Cheri’s life. She found great joy in being with her children and grandchildren, making memories together that will be cherished for generations. Cheri’s love for her family knew no bounds, and she remained their unwavering source of strength and support throughout her life.
Cheri will be remembered for her remarkable strength, her generous spirit, and her deep love for those closest to her. Her legacy of hard work, determination, and devotion to family will continue to inspire everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her loving partner, Michael Larrow of Orland, Indiana; her children, Heather Boucher of Napoleon, Ohio, Heidi Nusom of Lambertville, Michigan, and Brandon (Lexie) Albritton of Maumee, Ohio; stepchildren Trevor Larrow, Kyle Larrow, and Michael Larrow; her brothers, Richard (Shelly) Hite II of Neapolis, Ohio, Gene (Theresa) Hite of Toledo, Ohio, Brett (Dena) Hite of Neapolis, Ohio, and Christopher Hite of Winterhaven, Florida; and her beloved grandchildren Payton Boucher, Blake Boucher, Ryan Null, Kingston Woods, Casey Loubser, Roman Albritton, as well as step-grandchildren Tate Larrow, Sophia Larrow, Hayden Larrow, Brady Larrow, Griffen Larrow, Dean Larrow, Karina Larrow, and Julius Larrow. Cheri’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all those she touched.
